Self-adhesive flashing that conforms to the roof
MaxFlex is an aluminum stretch grille molded into elastic polymer rubber. It self-adheres, shapes with your hands, and seals precisely where a roof most often leaks.
Best suited for:
- Chimneys and exhaust hoods
- Skylights and dormers
- Transitions towards walls and cornices
- Connections where a fixed flashing cannot follow the shape

How to fit MaxFlex
1. Clean the surface and let it dry. It must be free of dust and grease.
2. Measure up and cut the flashing to size.
3. Peel off the backing film and lay it in place.
4. Press it down from the middle outwards and form it over edges and corners.
MaxFlex is used on chimneys, skylights, dormers and wall abutments, and can be laid on felt, tile, metal, concrete and slate.

Delivery across the US takes 3 to 4 business days, and you get a message as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping is shown at checkout.
Change your mind within 7 days and we pay the return freight and you get the full amount back. You always have 14 days to return unopened products. Contact us and we take care of the rest.
